Who designed it? Best in Xbox 360

D-Pad doesn't even work. It's meant to be mounted to the base, but there are literally no square holes for the clamps to fit through. Watch the 360 Wireless Controller disassembly video and you'll see what I'm talking about. There aren't even any screws included. That's a waste of money.
