If you need something where you will be jogging or anything that would cause digging in the skin from other bras, this is a must - fits very snuggly and keeps everything tight. The material is pretty thick and will soak up sweat without issue, so wash asap if possible. I've been washing in cold and air drying per instructions, and haven't had any issues.
