Put a star first. As soon as I saw them they looked very small and when I bought them the pictures were different. They were also about twice as expensive. The pictures I saw did not show these cartoon animals on top, they are very childish so most likely my 11 year old son will not want to wear them. The other set contains flowers that he will not use. Luckily my daughter will. I wanted to send them back but turns out they were sent from Shenzhenshi, Guangdong (?) and I am responsible for the postage. Normally returns are incredibly easy via Revain as I can take them to our local Kohl's. This does not apply to this purchase from this seller. If I want to return I have to pay the postage which costs more than the item I want to return. BUT . They changed their pictures and price tag. These straps now reflect exactly what you get (there are also flowers that may not be shown) and the price is more reasonable. Since I couldn't go back, I started playing with them, and they're actually pretty smooth - not only acting like a string to allow your child's mask to stay on their neck while they eat, but they adjust so that they act like a supportive strap not to pull the child's ears. My daughter has very small ears so this helps to put her mask on. The seller was very responsive which is very important.
