I like that they are able help you with your questions, as well if there is anything else we need them for! They were very helpful in answering my question about shipping costs when using symply's services versus other companies (like USPS).

The customer service has been great so far!! It would be nice it had more customization options within their website builder but overall its easy enough once u get used tooit :) Shipping rates can sometimes seem high depending where i am located at time of purchase - however this seems normal compared from others who have tried different methods/companies etc.. Overall happy experience thusfar though. Have not yet experienced any issues or problems while working through symlis team- just some minor things such us having difficulty finding certain info online which was quickly resolved by support staff member via email.- otherwise all good!
