Sympli Review

The ability to sync your designs with other files that you have is great, and I love how clean the interface is. It took me a while to figure out how to do things like upload assets, but once I figured it out, it was very easy to use. I wish there were more tutorials for beginners! The customer service is amazing, they are always ready for any questions or requests that you may have! They also provide great tutorials so it's easy getting started with your product even if this isn't something new for you as an entrepreneur/marketer etc. Their support team will help guide through everything from setting up tracking codes ect but I've found their main channel pretty helpful too during my 1-1 sessions (which can get hectic sometimes). I like that they are able help you with your questions, as well if there is anything else we need them for! They were very helpful in answering my question about shipping costs when using symply's services versus other companies (like USPS). The customer service has been great so far!!
