I like how easy it was for me as an employee who has never used any type of CRM software before (or even had access) to learn about our business processes so quickly with such thoroughness! It’s also great when you have multiple departments using different tools - being able to seamlessly share important info between them without having each department needing its own system or separate login credentials makes life easier than ever!! Nothing really. The only thing i dislike right now would be if there were some more customization options available from within one account/user profile instead of creating new accounts just because we need something slightly customized here & there but nothing too majorly negative overall :) Definitely try out the demo first though if your unsure since they offer trial versions which are free through most providers these days. We've been solving internal communication problems by allowing employees across various functions / teams etc to easily collaborate via sharing documents and files while keeping track of progress made towards goals set forth internally. This system has worked really well for us in getting a lot of the data we need for our customers. It is easy to use and it is very customizable. They are constantly adding new features and improving it. There isn't anything really that I dislike about this system. It has helped us keep track of our customers, their orders, and their preferences.
