I've been looking for animal protein for a long time. Found this and was so happy, everything says beef protein, USDA etc etc so like a complete idiot I started taking this without even reading the label. Then my body started to react. I cannot consume anything from the legume family or eat lecithins. This product contains soy and sunflower lecithin. I have an autoimmune disease and both diseases cause severe joint inflammation. So now I have to fight for a refund and I'm in a lot of pain. So much so that I have to limit my training. Manufacturers should list all of their ingredients and not just promote what they think will sell. Also, it's my fault for not reading the label, but then I'd be stuck with that too. I think I will only use pure creatine from now on.
