I followed the mopar subwoofer installation instructions. It indicates the color of the negative and positive speaker wires. Factory speakers have no polarity designation other than color coding. I have verified by a battery test that the speaker polarity is completely correct. I then made sure the positive speaker wire was connected to the positive speaker terminal. From the factory everything was as it should be. However, this wiring harness resulted in the white positive speaker wire matching the negative wire on the car (2016 1500 Ram Crew). I haven't read any reviews about it so probably each is just plugged in and working as I originally did. It still sounded good, but just knowing. This issue may not affect all vehicles.
