I love the idea behind this product. As a dog walker, I always need my hands free and have everything with me. Unfortunately, the adjustable shoulder straps never fit my size, but since I liked the bag, I continued to use it and simply adjusted it every day. Yesterday was the last day I could use it when one of my little dogs who is learning to walk pulled on a leash and broke the buckle. I was very disappointed and also very grateful that this did not happen to one of my large dogs as it is a safety issue! I definitely do not recommend this product if you want to use it for a hands free leash function! Also, my kit didn't have a poop bag hook, instead it had a small ring which is useless at this point. If it turns out to be just a bad batch item, I'll happily accept a replacement and try again.
