This item was shipped unpackaged. Arrived in its own thin product packaging! I used it with clumping resin for 10-15 minutes the day it arrived and it was great! Warms as advertised. The next day I tried again and he was completely dead. Very disappointed and upset that I have to return it...not worth the trouble.
