Bought this for my grandson for Christmas. He and his parents tried everything to make it work, but it didn't work. It wasn't until after we bought it that we realized it was actually a fake and not a real PS4 product. The controller was wrapped in bubble wrap with no packaging or product labels. Unlike the PS4 controller I ordered for another grandson. They wanted different colors so I didn't order the same one. Needless to say it was very disappointing.
