I walked in it this morning and spent a lot of money on socks and very little on socks. It would be nice if everything had value, or if the more you spend the better the product, but I'm talking socks here. A bad pair of socks can ruin your entire run. Bad socks stick together. They slip off the back, sometimes under the midfoot. Bad socks stretch. Good socks do none of that and after my first use in the morning at 75 degrees and 70% humidity they worked fine. Will they stand the test of time? This remains to be seen. I bought several pairs of Road Runner socks in the late 90's and wore them for years, in fact a pair is still in rotation but they will hopefully replace them. If they last half as long they'll be great socks!
