I liked this bag the most. Its capacity was a little less than I expected, but satisfactory. However, the bag has a tendency to close, which means it takes two hands to reach and/or remove anything. I hope this clears things up and maybe solves the problem. I bought the gray as it looks really black which I prefer. The real black version is a bit noisy. The problem did not go away on its own and I went back to using the bag I had previously bought. Disappointing.
