Update #1: Charging box failed after 3 days - Sent back for replacement Arrived charged and ready to use - pleasant surprise. Connected instantly. Has longer battery life - will update the review once I find out actual battery usage and times. YOU CAN use both earbuds separately - I mostly listen to podcasts, it's amazing! Ambient noise is good (I use with Weed Wacker) with ear seals included Has easy access to 'EQ' modes Better than other devices that cost 3 times the price! .another update. Replacement unit working well after 4 weeks - 4 star rating, will update if it continues to give good results. or bad! +++++++++ Kidneys left in the charging case may turn on and drain the battery, then charge the charging case in 1/2 day. yes - it can also cause audio issues as BT breaks using wired headphones. After charging, remove the device from the case and turn it off manually until an update is required. Turned off headphones standing on the table turned on and tried to pair - dead battery - it also happened that the ripped off headphones turned on and cut off the iPhone sound through wired headphones - do not forget to turn off Bluetooth for the iPhone. - If you use one earbud while the other is charging, the earbud may turn on and off on the charger, which may cause in-ear OR wired headphones to disconnect and reconnect (interrupted sound)! I think this and charger issues could be the reason for limited availability on Amazon or the Skullcandy website - stay tuned for version 2..!? Update 5: After about 5 or 6 weeks, the battery life starts to deteriorate - about 4 hours on the left, about 2 hours on the right of use. They were closer to 5 hours when the new update 6 came out: battery life was reduced - that may be due to the earphones above turning themselves on. Bluetooth was pretty good --- when it works --- with a range of 50 Foot, which is not uncommon Update 7: Headphones, FULLY charged, turned off manually and left on for 48 hours - showed 1/2 strength when turned on and turned off after 2 hours. These headphones have great sound and Bluetooth - the power/battery management is a mess. I will return this set (third set)
