After being held and careful for about two months, he fell off the couch in a suitcase, maybe not even jumping a foot off the screen and frozen , no longer responds to touches, battery life depends on what you use it for, but I've always charged it overnight. Also on the same tablet the stand broke off and couldn't reset it. The case keeps popping up because it's easy to remove and the buttons aren't particularly responsive. Overall there was quite a lag in the system and some apps like Disney+Kidoodle and YouTube kids kept freezing and had to either crash and close or restart the whole device, not very happy with this device despite being quite easy to use is. I used to have Fire Kid tablets and they crashed way more often and way harder and never had a problem
