I really wanted to give this product a 5 star rating. The reason I bought it was to be able to leave all my other chargers behind when I travel with my photography and diving gear and just use this device with my regular charging cords. The design is beautiful and simple. Everything worked at home when I tried it, and then I took it with me on my recent week-long trip to Belize. On the fourth day of the trip, my phone (Pixel 3) stopped charging when I connected the PD charging cable to it. This means it started loading and then stopped and then started again, making a sound effect each time. It didn't charge efficiently all night. I've tried reconnecting, restarting the phone, using a different outlet and cable, but to no avail. Luckily I had an OEM phone charger and when I plugged it into an outlet it worked fine. So I stopped using it with my Pixel 3 phone. A day later, the entire charger died. It just wouldn't turn on when I plugged it into the wall, no matter what outlet I used. Again, I had multiple backup chargers and they all worked seamlessly on the same outlets. Of course when I got back from holiday my 30 day guarantee had expired so I could easily return the item even though I had used it for less than 5 days. Tried it out this morning and it's now working again in my US home outlet and periodically powering on and off my Pixel 3 phone with a PD charger. My unfortunate conclusion is that I can't rely on this device to take it with me when I travel and save the weight of my luggage because I can't afford to leave OEM chargers for all my rechargeable devices. I'm sorry as this seemed to be the only soft charger with a PD connector on the Revain that would otherwise suit my needs perfectly. Wonder if others have had similar experiences.
