Review on πŸ“š Enhance Remote Learning with iCODIS X9 Book Scanner & Document Camera: A3 High Definition Portable Capture + Curve-Flatten & OCR Technology for Teachers by Carlos Long

Super sharp shots! Great scanner.

With a 21 megapixel camera, this camera takes very clear pictures. When I view a scanned document on a 4K resolution display, the text is very sharp. The software is available in both document mode and book mode. . In Document mode, scanned images line up perfectly in the left column and can be quickly rotated or removed using small icons when you mouse over the image. Book mode is very useful too, as there's an auto-scan feature that detects page turning and displays a 5-second countdown timer letting you know when the next shot is about to be taken. The automatic anti-aliasing is amazing. Reordering scanned pages is also easy. I haven't tried OCR yet, but according to the manual, many languages are supported. Hopefully some Greek characters can be displayed correctly in the document. The only complaint I have is that my computer's fan spins fast and makes loud noises when the software is running. But that is to be expected with works like this. Hopefully the software will be optimized in future updates. All in all, this is a very good scanner for the price.
