It is very difficult to turn the dials one by one. They are rigid and tightly packed, so rotating one of them causes the cylinder to move on either side. The mechanism to change the combination numbers did not work. Everything is so small that I needed a magnifying glass to see the instructions on the leaflet that came with it. Even with a magnifying glass I couldn't see the dots and the groove to try and adjust the groove according to the instructions. The reset adapter is so thin that it twists in the process. After carefully trying to follow the procedure to change the combination, the lock would not open. I've tried everything and my fingertips still hurt from trying to turn the cylinder wheel to pick the lock. I ended up returning this product and am very disappointed.
