Review on Suavecito Conditioner Smoothing Softening Conditioner by Citylife Padilla

I've had a beard for a little over 10 years. During this time I tried many products and decided on simple care, during which my hair became obedient and soft. As I am always looking for a softer beard and considering that I use Suavecito lipstick I decided to give it a try. But in less than a week, without changing anything else, not only did it not soften my beard, it also dried it out - to the point where it led to constant itching (I don't think I've ever felt one had an itchy beard )! 2 days after I stopped using this product the itching was gone and my beard balm started to repair the damage. I had to be careful considering the amount of alcohol in the ingredients. The review asks me to mention the smell and the packaging: of course it smells nice and the bottle looks professional. But who cares if it doesn't fulfill its main and purposeful function?! I am so disappointed that I feel cheated and betrayed by the brand.
