This is a five star printer. at least in my experience. I have this printer and I love it. It prints fantastic once you get the slicing program set up correctly. I haven't used cura with good results then went with s3d and wow perfection.12v 30a power supply heats bed to 65 and hot end to 205 in 4 minutes. Prints adhere perfectly to the magnetic platform and are easy to remove. I wish the red power cord connecting the power adapter to the main screen was longer, but that's my only gripe. several useful functions on the touchscreen, which is also very responsive. You can't beat the price much cheaper than other brands in the same size. I've had other more expensive printers and this one beats them all. I had a longer review, more detailed, but for some reason they didn't post it. I do not know why. Only this printer is paired with s3d and your company. And it actually completes the print based on the slicer's actual estimated print time. When he says 5 hours it takes 5 hours, woohoo. For others, I had to double the estimated time. which was awful because you never knew when it would end. and I don't like looking after the printer until 2am when I start a 4 hour print at 6pm. So on goods. The filament sensor works, the bed is insulated, the magnetic surface is smooth and durable. mk8 hot end preforms, same as ender3 which is great, fans are surprisingly the same as the whole machine, touchscreen is super responsive, power cut works great even if you pause the print it asks if you want to remember stop point, press Yes, the printing will stop z at home, and then press the play button, and the hotend will return to the stop point and continue printing. Best of all, PRESS PAUSE WHILE PRINTING and THIS ASK IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE THREAD! change thread to continue. GREAT. The bed temperature is 5 degrees higher than the set temperature, don't worry, just adjust it, the temperature at the hot end fluctuates +/- 2 degrees, don't worry, the grip on the bed is excellent, the extruder is metal and works fine, a few screws have loosened in transit but that is to be expected. All straps were good and tight. I had to adjust the wheels a bit. the knurled screws on the bed need to be enlarged, just print larger ones that fit over the existing ones on the little thing (geeetech a30 works great). I posted a few prints in the first 4 days using the printer. With hard work, the gramophone took about 30 hours, some parts were printed 12 hours and printed perfectly. So I'm VERY happy with the Tronxy xy-3 and I'm sure you'll love it. If you are new and have it go to the tronxy fb page and ask for a profile so you have a good starting point. don't scold the printer until you understand how it works. I almost made that mistake a while back, but then I realized it was my incompetence. Good luck and happy printing
