Seriously cared for cats. I appreciate your concern for the environment and I can accept the fact that you are replacing an easy to carry, use, recycle and reuse plastic keg with an environmentally friendly but inconvenient for the user regular box that doesn't even have a handle. But have you ever thought that a customer who bought your LIGHT cat litter might not be able to handle the weight of a regular litter, which means she definitely doesn't have enough hand strength to tear the box down the middle? I cut my hand twice today trying to open the box the way it says on the box and recycling the box. Adding a thin strip of tape on the inside doesn't really help as much as you might think for the torn part, and it's dangerous if you're not wearing gloves. I used this filler for almost five years with no problems until you decided to change the packaging. I don't know what to say :/
