I had an Xbox sports controller and got a new controller with a share button for Christmas. I just wanted to replace the sport controller because sport controllers have the softest silicone grips, not plastic grips, and that's the best comfort for my fingers. I can't find a replacement for the sport controller. Due to the release of the new Xbox, controllers and consoles are sold out. So I did the next best thing, I bought this for a new controller. Installation took a while and wasn't perfect, I even used a hair dryer. It's not as good as a Sport but better than the plastic base grips, but I still feel like something is missing. This works well for the grip but isn't very comfortable. I wouldn't recommend playing sports, but I would recommend upgrading your base controller.
