Great tool and great customer service

Easy integration, easy user interfaceEasy reporting functionsCustomization options are lacking (at least not in this version). This has been known for some time now but nothing was done about it so far except being promised multiple times by technical support team from both parties when I filed an issue with them few years ago! Reporting could be improved as well - maybe make additional fields customizable if you don't have all required data yet? The main benefit would definitely come out form ability to schedule shift requests without need for direct contact between employee & manager which eliminates many opportunities/scenarios where mistakes happen due scheduling error or misunderstanding etc.- reduced number calls received during working hours /daytime only since we can see availability immediately upon request sending via email/SMS instead It's easy for supervisors to see upcoming vacations, holidays, or even sick days if they're working remotely. The alerts are super helpful so I can quickly respond with an approved schedule! They could make it easier for employees in remote areas - like myself, who have issues going out to restaurants during work hours just to get food without being too late at night/early morning when my coworkers are eating. Easy to use software system that makes managing schedules incredibly simple.
