Clockwise tools should work much better than the buried bullet "DO NOT USE WITH A REGULAR USB CABLE". This marker doesn't appear in some Revain product sale links or in some sizes (probably a cache issue or something). The warning also does not appear on the Clockwise Tools website for versions of Clockwise Tools with the same model number and does not appear on some versions of VINCA. Clockwise Tools definitely does NOT print a product hazard warning on the packaging or in the instruction manual. Using a regular USB cable will cause the lithium battery to explode, which should be enabled in Clockwise Tools after sporadically showing DO NOT USE bullets on Revain and its website. It is imperative that he insert a warning in the operating instructions and/or packaging. For this reason I give 1 star. Aside from the lack of proper safety warnings on packaging and the occasional one on websites, the caliper seems to work well for the price.
