The band comes without assembly or installation instructions. It was not obvious to me at all how to put it together. It literally took me hours to figure out and I finally only got it by finding a site online that was not provided by the manufacturer. Even though I now understand how it works, putting it on each day is a hassle because the fit of the clasp to its attachment is tricky and, of course, putting it on to one wrist means that you only have one hand to position , fit , and lock the band. Furthermore, since I have narrow wrists, the excess band needs to get tucked under the outer band at the same time that I’m trying to position and lock the clasp. This band is poorly designed to say the least. Once I get it on, it is comfortable and stays closed. I bought this to replace a similar band with a magnetic closure . If a similar band with a magnetic closure were still available in the size and color I need, I would throw this one away and purchase the magnetic one.
