Not just for tennis! If you work on DIY projects and are involved with saws, drills, hammers, pliers, etc. that require you to bend your wrists a lot, then do yourself a favor and get yourself one of these bandages. I learned it the hard way trimming trees and spending hours holding a saw. I now wear an elbow brace and don't usually tighten my forearm muscles where they connect to the back of my elbow. There is a better way to wear them and the size you buy matters, so measure your forearm. The hard plastic part worked best for me when it was on the back of my forearm. I had no trouble washing the clamp in warm water with dish soap and then hand drying it.
