I measured my forearms exactly 11 inches but the big one was too big. I hate returning items due to manufacturer/seller errors. After seeing how little velcro is used I can understand why they complain.

My husband uses this on his right hand which is his dominant hand. He pulled a muscle that's getting worse and he says it's helping a lot. The only problem is that it helps him get through his day, but it doesn't cure the actual problem. They still have to apply ice and take medication and if not for the surgery there might be surgery in the future as he is still in pain even after a few weeks without this bandage.

I have had tennis elbow for many years and this Mueller HG80 band is the only one I will ever buy again. I've tried many bands over the years and this one is the best. Has plenty of velcro to stick where my others lost their velcro in 3 months. It has a nice gel insert that presses on that spot at night which helps me sleep. I would recommend this product to anyone who has the same severe tennis elbow as I do. I would give him 10 stars if he would let me!

I've sprained my elbows, felled trees, tried painkillers and a first class bandage but to no avail. Not just for tennis! If you work on DIY projects and are involved with saws, drills, hammers, pliers, etc. that require you to bend your wrists a lot, then do yourself a favor and get yourself one of these bandages. I learned it the hard way trimming trees and spending hours holding a saw. I now wear an elbow brace and don't usually tighten my forearm muscles where they connect to the back of my elbow.
