The Rational Team Concert is an easy to use tool for managing the software configuration process. It is very powerful and easy to use. The GUI is intuitive and the tool is very stable. The tool has a lot of features that are very useful when managing software configuration. I like the tool because it is very easy to use and I can use it in multiple environments. I dislike that the tool is not available in the cloud. I would like to see the tool in the cloud. I would also like to see the tool in more languages. Rational Team Concert is a great tool for managing the software configuration process. It is very easy to use and has a lot of features.
