I bought a set of these jars a few years ago and loved them... So when my recipe changed a bit I bought another set. The lens fell out of a pair for the first two weeks so I contacted the seller... They didn't even answer my question, it was just a regular auto reply email and I haven't heard from them since. All I asked them was to send a pair to replace the same strength. I didn't care what color they were... I didn't want a refund... I didn't want to return all four. Good glasses but the quality seems to have gone down and if you need help, you're out of luck. . If you're happy paying for four glasses but can only use three or less, that's fine. ... I gave one star because I really like the glasses ... I gave a second star because they emailed me the answer even though the answer was unrelated to my question ... But overall ... Very disappointing
