UPDATE 08/04/21: My second one no longer works either. A complete waste of money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this brand. ------------------ So I bought a black one for the kitchen about 4 months ago and it works great. So I decided to buy another one for my bathroom. It was working great until I had to refill. Once full it stopped working. I put my hand under it and nothing but last night the dispenser turned on and poured all of the night's soap onto my closet. all by itself. In fact, it still works. (see videos). I had to throw it away as the return period had expired. Such a shame. So if you order, it will be hit or miss.
