I wasn't looking for a pre-workout per se but thought it might be a good substitute in a pinch. (No). It doesn't have enough caffeine or an energy boost to be a suitable pre-workout. So I thought I could use it as an amino acid booster and maybe it could help with overall energy and eventual weight loss. (as if). Then I thought maybe I could use it as a healthier beverage option (best use) but not in the evening because the caffeine is enough to disrupt sleep. Did I mention fruit punch tastes just like bubble gum?! How did this happen? Not my favourite. lolNote: I usually drink Cellucore "C4" before work (fruit punch is tasty and effective) and for my main drink I have All Day You May by 5% Nutrition (fruit punch tastes like lightly sweetened red Kool Aid, yum). ). I just mentioned a few of my soups so you know where I'm from. If you hate C4 or think ADYM is crap, maybe you shouldn't take my opinion on Aminolean to heart. But if you like C4 and ADYM, listen and don't waste your money on Aminolean. In any case, stay consistent with your training, eat right and enjoy life!
