Upgrade to 5 Stars: I really liked it after the company requested a replacement for my broken stylus. It was exactly what I had hoped for. Customer service (not Revain) was fast, efficient and friendly. I would buy their products again. Disappointed that one of the replacement tips was damaged, looks like poor manufacture. Also, the black one has something in it that rattles/slips, which is very annoying. Green seems ok. Let's go back to another brand. Pros: Good weight, narrow tips are good for small devices like smartphones. My teenager liked the pencil-like shape, although I prefer a slim pencil.
