For fine hair - use very little - less is more
This is a great product - I don't have colored hair but my stylist used it on me last time I visited and it really helps smooth out frizz and make my curls soft and manageable. For fine hair - use just a little - less is more, too much and it can weigh hair down, just the right amount and it will "bounce and act" (some people may be too young to remember this hair advert ).
