Review on Help Desk Migration Services by Jayshawn Cuatlayol

We have been using this product for quite some time now migrating our ticketing system (Zendesk) with all of its features into Zoho support which was an amazing experience! They were quick at responding when I had questions about their products as well they are very knowledgeable in what it takes so far to move your current setup over without any issues being noticed by customers/users once migrated!! Highly recommended.

There isn't anything i dislike but everything seems great thus not much room left here haha :). Migrating old applications like zenDesk has never really gone smooth unless we used 3rd party tools such us Zapier etc.. This tool helps me solve my problem since there's no way possible having multiple apps running together hence creating conflicts if things aren;'s updated properly across both platforms simultaneously unlike 2nd-party solutions where sometimes updates dont always get merged smoothly between them causing problems later downthe line even after migration hahaha.
