I received the hair and love that it is affordable and that each bun is the right length. The hair had a faint smell of a chemical that shampoo can help with. The hair was not soft enough, but rather rough, dry to the touch but still soft. It's not the silky soft effect I usually get from other sellers. Maybe add some conditioner and a silicone blend to get that silky smooth texture. Doesn't fall at all. Just need more emollient and some love to help it work. UPDATE: HAIR IS TRASH! IT STARTS TO SHED AFTER I USE IT. I want a refund! The hair product wasn't as good as they say. Must be synthetic hair. I'm so disappointed in him.
