Let me start by saying that I am a physical education teacher, have been teaching for many years and am very picky about my shoes! I was able to wear them to class right away, which is nice. After one session they felt exhausted. They are true to size, very comfortable and have short laces so you don't trip! Soft heel collar, good ventilation and lightness. The downside for me is that I never felt that Raiki had enough cushioning in the sole. Somehow the shoe feels a little cheap and a little stiff to me. But please keep in mind that I teach you many hours, so like I said, I'm very critical.
