Here's the deal, when you're charging a high price for a simple product and promotion, it's ready to use, just peel and stick. and the whole essence of the product is sticking it to something. then I'm not being petty when I say I expect it to last! This is not the case here. The glue lasts less than an hour. When I called Sylvania, they just didn't care. I was told they don't make glue so it's not their problem. I countered that Honda doesn't make tires, but since they're an important part of a new car, they do what they're bought for. They replace tires that don't hold air when the car is brand new. The woman I spoke to said she didn't care, buy a cassette. Unfortunately I'm stuck on this piece of junk, as I trimmed it I can't return it. For me, however, this is the first and last visit to the Sylvania brand. I'm really surprised that someone who sells premium HomeKit products doesn't care that much about the finished product. Stay away. stay far away.
