Ideal for running and hand release to relax your arms and shoulders.

My arms and shoulders were stiff and painful while walking from carrying a water bottle. With this strap my iPhone is now more secure and I can relax my arms and hands as the water is now on my strap. Another plus: I seem to be drinking less water per mile now because I don't carry it around anymore. Small rubber beads on the back keep it on the stomach when running. Don't hop over water bottles.
