I just bought a new iPad Mini 6 and wanted a case that would protect it from drops, look good and also fit the new Apple Pen 2. This case fits the bill perfectly. It fits the new iPad perfectly, covering the entire perimeter and back of the iPad in a soft rubber sleeve. The top has a raised rubber bezel that holds the iPad in place and protects the screen without blocking any part of it. The cutouts for speakers, camera, touch switches, etc. are perfectly positioned. To the right of the iPad, on the lid, there is a place for the Apple Pencil 2, which allows you to charge it while it's in storage (I haven't received the pencil yet). The top cover has a microfiber coating and three levels that allow you to adjust the iPad to three comfortable viewing angles. The top cover has a magnetic switch that turns off the iPad when closed and keeps the cover slightly closed. However, what I really like about this bag is the elastic strap on the back that can be hung over the front to keep the bag closed very securely. This ensures that the lid stays closed in the event of a fall. The exterior is made of premium synthetic leather with little padding and a small front pocket that you can slip a credit card, driver's license, or a few bucks. I've had iPads and iPad minis since they were first introduced and this is the best case I've seen at this price point. I highly recommend it.
