The ability to create custom reports which are very user friendly. It's great for any size company. Being able to customize reporting can make it difficult at times when you don't have enough experience with software or training resources available. Not having access to previous months' report information after an employee has left. Great tool if you're looking into creating your own analytics program. I'm using this product to monitor our sales team as well as track leads/opportunities. This software helps us with our HR analytics! It's very easy for employees to use it because there are lots of features included for them to make their job easier. I like how this application works, you can always see what your co workers do at work from anywhere using an internet connection. Not much problems have been found so far but i hope they will solve all the issues soon. Our benefit package has become more transparent after we adopted this program.
