In general, my opinion about this miracle as a consumer is twofold. I have seen and read a lot about this complex and so I tried it myself. To be honest, in general, it is not bad, but that's all. It probably won’t work for jocks, again because of the meager mineral composition, vitamin E is over the roof, but there is little D, and no K at all. Now I know that this is a dietary supplement and nothing more. I drink it as a dietary supplement. I work in the Navy. He is not worth his money. That's all friends.
