I feel entitled to complain about them and here's why. I have a large leather office chair with wheels, and the floor in front of my desk is carpeted, so the wheels must have ruined the carpet. About two years ago I had the brilliant idea of putting a set of these sliders under a different brand of wheels, the original brand, you know, white ones. After a day or two the casters have sunk into the foam on top of the glides so they stay in place and I can just happily move my chair across the carpet, it works great. So back to the heart of this review. . I stumbled upon these brown sliders while shopping and thought the brown would look a lot better with my brown leather and oak office chair. I only took them for the color. Long story short, I changed the white to brown and my chair won't move anymore, those brown sliders may as well have sandpaper on the bottom, they suck, they suck. So back to the whites, the other brand, the original brand, the brand that just always worked.
