Good, but maybe not the best choice for the beginner or inexperienced.

The kit is exactly as described and neatly packaged. However, I (personally) prefer my fountain pen and speedball nibs. To me, the Speedball pen's shape is more comfortable than the Hethrone pen, and the Speedball nibs have reservoirs that hold a lot more ink, so you have a lot less dipping. It's been many years since I've done calligraphy, so maybe I just don't have the practice. They might be perfect for someone else, but for non-practitioners or beginners I would recommend the Speedball nibs.
