I like that it can be used as either shared storage or in-memory, which makes for great flexibility when building your virtual infrastructure! It's also easy to configure with multiple pools of both memory and disk space. There are some things we use this product more often than others - but overall very happy so far. We've been able to create VMs faster (and use less RAM) compared to other products without sacrificing performance; however our support contract expires soon after 2 years instead of 3 because they don't offer extended contracts. The only downside has not really come up yet, but if you have questions about how well their hardware supports certain applications, just ask us directly before buying anything else.
