The best feature I like about this system, it's that you can see all contacts at one place for easy management. It has helped me to manage my leads much better than before because now they are organized properly with their respective stages ( warm or cold). Sometimes when we send out automatic follow ups via email sometimes some emails get missed due to SPAM filters which causes delays & confusion among our clients as well! They should have more features such as text messaging capabilities too. There was no problem until recently but still not fully satisfied yet since there were many other competitors available. So far everything seems good though. Lead scoring helps us identify hot prospects faster by tracking them through various steps within an interaction process flow model - nurture then qualify/warm prospect using data insights, evaluate opportunities against KPIs, engage qualified people into conversations.
