This works exactly as expected on my Win 10 system with a Gigabyte z390 gaming motherboard. I needed an extra USB port on the motherboard for the Bluetooth adapter interface and this device allowed me to use the onboard port that was already used for the CPU cooler. I connected the device to the motherboard, connected the CPU cooler and the Bluetooth interface, and everything worked! The Bluetooth interface has already been paired and the cool box connected by itself. It didn't even load a special driver or anything like that. Simple, effective and inexpensive solution! Five stars until the early failure!
