Arrived quickly. Most importantly, I was able to find a replacement remote for our Samsung HDTV and the remote works. I was disappointed when it didn't work initially, but I tried different batteries and the problem was fixed. I have no idea where our original remote is, but now we have this one. I use it for menus and certain changes I can make to the kit. Every day I use our wired remote control. I need this remote control to access the TV menu.
