Excellent sun and wind protection. I took it to Aptos (south of Santa Cruz, California) last night and stayed there until dark to check it out after the temperature dropped and the wind picked up. Worked great, blocking out the cold air and protecting me from the cold, humid coastal air. As advertised, it installs in seconds. However, dismantling it in the dark on a wet sandy surface proved quite difficult and I ended up stuffing the tent in a large plastic garbage bag rather than the ziplock bag it came in. Pockets' on the design (pun intended), but the reviews I've seen on youtube only show people setting up and taking down a tent on grass. It's a bit more difficult at the beach because there's a lot of sand rolling into the tent. You will end up with sand all over the place Good Good product Works as they said it would.
