My baby loves the pacifier. It stays in his mouth and grows with him. He used the birth to six months size, and then graduated to the 6 to 18 months size. Even though he’s over 18 months, he and I still prefer the 12 month size. I read negative reviews because the pacifier didn’t have a hole, so I used a whole puncher and added a hole. Works perfectly. Even before I added the hole, I would add attachments using the holes that were already on the side. I would recommend that you use the pacifier in the time mentioned. I try to keep one pacifier over a year, and it started to deteriorate. I suggest following the recommend timeline that you change pacifiers no longer than six months.
