The best sports tape. I have been running for over 20 years and have had many injuries. Need something that can hold it all together and this is it! The tape is very flexible and strong, and when I mean strong, I mean it stays in place no matter what! Plan to leave it on for 3-4 days or more. Withstands sweat, water and regular wear and tear from exercise. When I want to take it off I use some baby oil or even soap to remove the tape. Don't waste your time on anything else. I've tried other brands and they weren't as good as this one. Keep it up and I will keep buying!
